Dazzle reduction - preventing glare

The brightest point should always be the lit object itself,
never the luminaire. Otherwise the eye is dazzled,
and visibility and well-being are greatly impaired.
The luminaire for the conference table for instance
should show it off to best advantage and not dazzle
the meeting participants. Any kind of glare is taboo for
sophisticated lighting solutions.
