BRUCK presents revised planning aid for lighting systems:
With LISY* in just five steps to your individual lighting solution.
BRUCK, a leading German lighting manufacturer, stands for luminaires in exclusive design combined with atmospheric lighting in the world of fine interiors.
With LISY*, the company provides its customers - whether end-users or specialists – with a quick and easy to use light planning aid. With it, the user has the option to plan lighting systems using pre-defined shapes. The planning can then be supplemented with more items from the BRUCK lighting system range. Thus, at the end of his planning, the end user has a complete parts list with the required product numbers, for which he can request an offer from the BRUCK light planning service, and soon also from a dealer in his area. Due to the direct login option, specialist users receive an offer immediately.
Eating, reading, watching TV, working or relaxing - the lighting has to meet a great many requirements. So it’s obvious that one single lamp cannot create the right atmosphere and do justice to the many different demands put on the lighting. For the light planning, every room should have its own lighting concept corresponding to its function. At BRUCK, with LISY, everyone can be their own light planners and easily design their own lighting system and try out different possibilities, dimensions and combinations.
Quickly and efficiently find the right light - how it works
With LISY you only need five steps to put all the necessary items for the self-assembled lighting system onto paper.
Step 1: Select the type of system desired (track, cable, 12V plug system or light band) and the shape and the dimensions of the lighting system desired.
Step 2: Here you select the right individual BRUCK lighting system (e.g. Duolare) and its colour.
Step 3: In this step, the luminaires are selected. When selecting the lighting system, the system colour chosen is set as a pre-selection. If the maximum capacity of the system is exceeded, the user is given the option of splitting the lighting system into two independent system parts. The elements required for this (connectors, feeders, etc.) are added automatically by LISY.
Step 4: Here the user decides on the accessories such as mounting element, power feed and transformer. The number of mounting elements required is precalculated and can be changed by the user directly after selecting the type of mounting element or accepted by clicking on “next”. In a split system, when choosing the transformer, the number is automatically adjusted. Due to the complexity, step four has been divided into single steps making it user-friendly and comprehensible.
Step 5: Here the user can supplement the planning with other items. He can also create a PDF that contains the parts list with the related product numbers and a sketch of the lighting system planned. The sketch is generated by LISY automatically on the basis of the parts list. In the fifth step, with just one click, the end user also has the option to request an offer for the planned lighting system from the BRUCK light planning service, and soon also from a dealer located in his area. The system planning is now complete.
Consultation and customer satisfaction is our top priority
Total flexibility: During the entire planning of the lighting system you always have the possibility to reverse steps. LISY then automatically removes the products in the last step from the calculation.
Preventing errors: Guidelines show the user if errors occur anywhere in the planning, for example, if the wattage of the lamp selected exceeds the maximum wattage of the transformer, or if parts needed for the calculation are missing.
Comprehensive lighting advice: If the customer has any questions or needs assistance in planning a complex lighting system, he can make use of the BRUCK light planning service free of charge.
*) LISY is currently only available in German. The translation into other languages is planned shortly.
